Most of our guests stay with us for a month or more — and that’s by design. Town & Country was built for industrial workers, contract crews, and long-haul travelers who need a clean site, all utilities included, and a quiet place to come home to at the end of a 12-hour shift.

What’s Included in Every Rate

What’s Not Included
- Cable TV — bring your own RV satellite or stream over our WiFi
- Propane
- Additional persons over four — $10 per person per night up to site maximum
- Optional extras and add-ons
Late Fees & Payment
- Monthly payments are due on your assigned date
- $25 late fee applies after 3 days
- $5 per day after that
- Non-payment after 12 days may be pursued under Texas Theft of Services Law
- Payment online via xpress-pay or directly by phone
