Town & Country is a working park, not a resort. We focus on the things that actually matter when you’re staying for weeks or months at a time — reliable hookups, fast WiFi, clean facilities, and a quiet site to come home to.

All sites are the same size and include all utilities and WiFi.

30/50 amp service at every site (one main power source per RV — see rules for detail)

Water

City water at every site

Sewer

Sewer hookup mandatory at all times — must be leak-free with rubber donut or threaded connector

Trash

On-site dumpsters with security cameras

WiFi

Free WiFi throughout the park

Park Amenities

On-site management
Quiet hours enforced 10 PM to 6 AM
Pet-friendly — leash and cleanup required, breed and behavior restrictions may apply
Two vehicles per site
Four people per site (2 adults, 2 children)

Park Map

Use the map to see site layouts and pick a spot when you call to reserve. Sites are assigned by management based on availability and length of stay.

What to Bring

Self-contained RV in good working condition (units over 15 years require pre-approval)
Sewer hose with rubber donut or threaded connector — no leaks
Current registration and inspection on RV and tow vehicle
Patience for the speed limit (10 mph, strictly enforced)
